Roll-In docks or Wheel-In are the most popular style of boat dock sold in the Midwest region for many reasons. Ease of installation and removal is a leading factor, plus many manufacturers offer accessories and configurations to personalize the installation. Ideal installations for a Roll-In dock include properties that have a slight or gradual slope into the water, minimal water fluctuation, a sandy or firm lake bottom, and water depths that are less than 8 foot deep. A potential customer should have an ample storage area as most Roll-In docks are not dissembled into small sections for storage.
