We snapped a cable on our lift on a Sunday afternoon and dropped an email to Alden. By the same time on Monday afternoon, the cable was replaced and the boat was up in the air again. Excellent service and response time.

Great place for a small operation. The staff was busy and we had to wait a while, but when they got to us, they were very helpful. Their products aren’t cheap, but appear to be high quality.

Dwight and his team were amazing! What great customer service! Our 20 foot aluminum ramp was damaged and bent due to too much weight on it. I emailed and called Dwight Sunday afternoon. He responded to me that day! On Monday he sent his team to Lotus Lake to remove the ramp, brought back to Center City had it repaired and was back in place by Tuesday noon! If you want someone that can follow through, care about you after the sale use Dwight and his team at Marine Dock and Lift!

They borrowed us a trailer when we bought some floating dock sections from them. Everything was strapped and ready to go. They were helpful at explaining everything and easy to deal with.

The customer service from Alden and the team at Marine Dock & Lift is the reason I keep coming back. They help us every year with lift install. They’ve helped a few times on short notice between torn a torn canopy from a bad storm and a fixing up our lift jack before the start of removal season, they’re always willing to help out as best they can while charging very reasonably if anything at all.
